Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I love Cedarwood! It is one of the "healing oils of the Bible." Since I started using Cedarwood essential oil, I sleep deeper, and I dream -- not bad dreams -- just happenings that I remember when I wake up and realize that I have a better understanding of why this or that happened in my life.

The dreams have been a way of releasing things from the past -- things that were not always conscious thoughts or memories -- but things that held me captive and kept me from seeing the present and the future in the right perspective. Now I sleep much better, and I have a much better outlook on my life.

In the first week or so of using Cedarwood essential oil, my emotions were "raw", and I felt things more deeply. That is good... and that is bad. "Happy" was very happy, "sad" was very sad, "hurt" was very hurt, etc.

I still feel very emotional but not so deeply that it hurts. I am finding that I am better able to understand and control these feelings now that I can open them up and learn some whys and hows of where they came from.

Cedarwood oil eases stress, it also helps a person embrace the feeling of being totally safe and secure within themselves as well as in their environment. As fears are released, the heart is open to spiritual love and protection.

If this is a part of my journey, then so be it. Only God knows.

I just feel the emotions and then smile and believe that God will help me to work through it.

This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link
2.Associated topics: mental,emotions-/-feelings — "Beta-Caryophyllene [component of cannabis, clove, copaiba], a CB2 [cannabinoid] receptor agonist produces multiple behavioral changes relevant to anxiety and depression in mice.... these preclinical results suggest that CB2 receptors may provide alternative therapeutic targets for the treatment of anxiety and depression. The possibility that BCP may ameliorate the symptoms of these mood disorders offers exciting prospects for future studies."Link

4.Associated topics: mental — "Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."Link
