My dad is 86 with several health conditions, one being chronic kidney failure (CKF), AKA chronic kidney disease (CKD), chronic renal disease (CRD), chronic renal failure (CRF), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), end-stage renal failure (ESRF), or end-stage kidney disease (ESKD).
My father has had 20% kidney function for nearly two years now, continually decreasing over the past 10 years or so. He has been heading towards eventual dialysis.
He "humored" me with my essential oils, as I made a blend for him, just hoping for some support for his poor kidneys.
At our last appointment a week ago, his nephrologist was blown away and said that he could not believe his eyes. In just 5 months, my dad's kidney function went from 20% to 29%!
The doctor said that he had never seen this in someone like my dad. Though the doctor was not interested in learning about the essential oils, he did say to keep up on whatever we have been doing.
Our recipe started out as equal parts of Juniper, Geranium, Grapefruit, Clary Sage, and Copaiba essential oils diluted 50:50 with the V-6 mixing oil. I left out Lemongrass oil at first because we did not want to detox my dad too fast. I added that slowly after about 2 months.
I made it easy by putting a roller ball on the bottle containing the mixture so my dad could simply roll it on his feet twice a day. I had to make it easy, or it would not happen.
The only other change was using diluted RC oil blend and Lavender oil on my dad's chest for his COPD. There were no diet changes or medication changes. So the ONLY thing it could have been was the essential oils! After all these years, I still never cease to be amazed by these oils.
