I recently woke up with severe back pain and lower back spasms. I did not know how I would be able to physically function, and I could barely walk for 3 days.
I told my Young Living sponsor about it, and she reminded me to try the "Morphine Bomb," which is a combination of three different Young Living essential oils: Frankincense, Copaiba, and Balsam Fir.
The protocol is to put 5 drops of each into a vegetable capsule and then swallow as needed. Due to my severe pain, I chose to double the dose to 10 drops each and took 6 doses in a 24-hour period.
