If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. I ordered my Young Living Premium Starter Kit last Sunday. It was scheduled to arrive Thursday via FedEx. I got home from work that day to find a door tag... but no package. When I tracked the package, FedEx said it had been left at my door that morning. Uh, oh.
I live in a new addition with construction still going on, lots of people cruising the street to look at houses, etc. Who knows what happened to the box! I just pray that the hands it landed in are able to utilize the essential oils for their utmost benefit... and their family's too!
I called FedEx, and they opened a claim on the missing package. I called Young Living Customer Care, and they sent me a new Premium Starter Kit that very day, upgrading me to second-day air delivery... to my office, of course!
They told me it was great that I let them know so soon so they could file a claim with FedEx. So if that happens to any of you, keep this in mind. I was so happy that they took care of my issue so quickly. I could have been disenchanted about Young Living from the beginning, but they did not let that happen!
As I type this, I have Joy diffusing, Frankincense on a thumb lesion, and Stress Away on my wrists. And all is well in the world!
