Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

In the last 2 years I have tried many essential oils for my menstrual cramps: Lavender, Peppermint, Dragon Time (on a tampon), and SclarEssence (worked very well for PMS but did not work for the cramps). Nothing has really helped me, and I was having to take a painkiller like paracetamol (acetaminophen).

Last month I felt the pain coming up again. I was at work and was so glad to have Frankincense essential oil and some empty capsules. So I put 8 drops of Frankincense in a capsule and swallowed it.

Twenty minutes later I suddenly felt that my pelvic region had become very relaxed, and the pain was gone just one minute later! What a strange but beautiful experience!

Frankincense is the first essential oil that really works for my menstrual cramps. Not only does it release the pain, but it actually stops the pain. It did not come back either. In contrast, whenever I take paracetamol, the pain usually comes back in the evening/night.
