After I got over the initial shock and stopped the bleeding I knew I needed to cover it because it was such a large open area. I used a wound sized bandage and decided to put a few drops Lavender oil on the cloth part of the bandage before I covered it. Of course the Lavender on the open flesh hurt for a couple of minutes but after that it calmed down and I actually forgot about it.

I left that bandage on for over 24 hours then I thought maybe I should change it. I changed the bandage and again added Lavender to the cloth of the bandage. This time there was just a slight sting from the Lavender. I left it again for at least 24 hours.

When I took the second bandage off it looked so much better and it didn't seem to be open - it wasn't healed by any means, but it was so very much better already. I decided that maybe now it should be left open to the air so I put 2-3 drops of Lavender on it and left it open. I put Lavender on it about 3 times per day. Before long the dead skin on the top came off and the underneath new flesh was so nice and healed looking. I have continued to put a few drops of Lavender on most days, at least when I remember.

It has been about 6 months now and the scar is about 1/3 the size of the original wound and it is so light in color that it is not noticeable unless you look for it. I am 75 years old and I have a genetic disease that causes easy bruising. I am just amazed that I could heal so well at my age. I've had other wounds that I didn't use Lavender on and they are still quite prominent scars. I have started using Lavender on all of my scars hoping that will lighten them or help them disappear completely.

I read about castor packs and decided to make an eye roller to apply before bed on the bony part around each eye. Using a 10ml roller bottle, I used 30 drops of Frankincense oil and 15 drops of Cypress oil. A friend also adds in 15 drops of Rosemary and Carrot Seed oils. Then fill the rest of the bottle with castor oil.
After waking up, I noticed the oils were all absorbed into my skin around the eyes. I notice better eyesight switching from computer to phone screen, less eye fatigue, better ability to focus on the smaller fonts, less need to enlarge the font.

A good side effect is also experiencing better night vision when driving! Yay!

Each time before I go, I use 3 cc of Lavender oil internally, apply the Aroma Life blend over my left side, and use the Peace & Calming blend along with Lavender externally.

Here’s what I find interesting: the last time this happened (after four hospital visits over a two-year period), the doctors simply sat and observed. Without looking at the blood pressure machine, they asked me, “What do you think your blood pressure is now?”

I said, “200/160.”

They asked how I knew, and I explained that this has happened often enough for me to recognize it.

I stayed there for nine hours while they drew blood to check for heart damage. There was none. They also checked for signs of stroke—everything was clear. Within two hours, my blood pressure had dropped to 160/110, and later it went down to around 140/90.

At the ninth hour, all four doctors came in, sat down, and said to me:

“Mrs. A, if you tell anyone what we are about to tell you, we will deny it. What you have done for your blood pressure is safer than any medication we could have given you. The side effects of our blood pressure medications can be far worse. If this happens again, don’t bother coming in—stick with your regimen. And if we ever have blood pressure this high, we’re coming to you!”

My reply?

“Well, doctors, I have the biggest mouth in town! I’m going to tell everyone what you said. Yay me! Yay Young Living!”

I later learned that I am highly allergic to certain foods, which contributed to my dangerously high blood pressure—along with massive stress in my life.

Miracles happen all the time with God’s incredible, perfect essential oils. However, if you are using them for medicinal purposes, education is essential. Always consult your physician. And remember, there are two physicians: the one on earth and the one in heaven.

I am not trying to diagnose or treat anyone’s health challenges—only to encourage you to educate yourself and support your health goals. As you can see, I involve my medical doctors as well.

After saying, “Amen,” the thought, “blood clots,” came to my mind; so, I looked in my EOPR (Essential Oils Pocket Reference Book) and compared the suggestions with my recent biofeedback scan. Then I began applying Cypress oil and doing the VitaFlex Technique (VFT) under the toes where the clots were, and on my heart VitaFlex points on my left foot and left hand.

Afterward I applied a warm compress for about 15 minutes. The warm, moist compress works much better than an electric heating pad, which interferes with the oils. The moisture in the compress also helps to push the oil constituents further down into the body where they are desperately needed. I tried to apply the oils at least twice daily, along with the VFT. I also try to drink at least an ounce of Ningxia Red daily.

Since garlic is a blood thinner, I tried to increase it in my meals. Also, fasting at least one day a week is very helpful. One clot healed within a few weeks. The other lasted several more weeks. When I switched to the warm, moist compress, the stubborn clot healed faster. Praise God for His faithfulness to give wisdom to His children who ask!

James 1:5-8 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. I applied a couple drops of the Thieves and Panaway oil blends onto the thumb joint connected to the hand, layering them one at a time. Ten minutes later, I layered them again. After about half an hour, my joint felt much better! I applied them again the next morning, and that was the last time I used the oils.

I will tell you this too... I thought I would "reset" my joint by pulling my thumb straight out from my hand. DO NOT DO THIS! Because I re-injured my joint by doing that and it started hurting all over again. So I wrapped it against my hand with wide gauze tape for the night. It was still a little sore in the morning, but I don't think it would have been sore if I hadn't tried to "reset" my joint. Just let nature take its course in healing.

I asked him if I could put some Peppermint oil on his neck, and he said yes! He knows I'm really into oils.

So, I got a bottle of Peppermint from my purse, put a few drops into the palm of his hand and showed him how to use it, to dip his fingers into it and apply it to the back and base of his neck and on his upper spine. He noticed the coolness which felt good, but still had the headache. I mean, it was a pretty awful headache! And then he went home.

A couple days later he asked me if I wanted feedback, and I said "absolutely!" He said, "I told my wife, that peppermint oil that I put on the back of my neck, actually worked! She then asked me how I felt and I told her that my headache was gone by that evening."

So I dropped two drops on my tongue, mixed it around in my mouth with my tongue, then swallowed. I did NOT mind the flavor, even though I don't like the smell! I was actually very surprised, as the flavor was calming. I noticed within seconds that my acid reflux was settled down. Not just that, but it actually took away my acid reflux!

Now Digize oil is on my list for calming acid reflux, and that nasty feeling in the back of my throat. I choose this option instead of Tums or some other over-the-counter meds.

As each new Ophthalmologist examined my eyes, they all said the same thing: “If your eyes blur from any fever over 102, you have approximately 30 minutes to get a laser light on them to stop the deterioration further. Register your eyes wherever you live. You will be blind by 60.” Huh!!~@#$!@?!!!

The University of Pittsburgh Medical School took over 70 pictures of my eyes to submit to the medical journals. But 66 years later, the current eye doctors have said, “Whatever you are on, keep doing it!”

I had brain cancer and my vision tripled. So I poured an entire bottle of Frankincense oil on my head, had a medical doctor stay with me for 17 hours, and my pH was 4.5. For an entire day, I juiced one lemon or lime and drank it with water every hour on the hour. I also took Young Living's Alkalime powder every hour, put the Aroma Life oil blend all over my neck, poured oils on feet and spine, etc.

Within 24 hours my pH came up to 5.5 then on to 6, then 7. My vision came back to a single vision instead of triple. We knew I was on the way to recovery!

I have been living in the same city now for the past 30 years with my eye condition. It's a rare form of Drusen, and often associated with macular degeneration. The good news is that this eye disease has stopped progressing! Pictures of the back of my eye are taken every 6 months. All I can say is that for the last 27 years, I have been on Young Living’s essential oils and Ningxia Red juice. I will never be without these amazing products!

She uses her voice a lot as a fitness instructor, and she happily shares that she is 80 years old. She is very youthful! (I can't keep up with her, and I've been in her classes for two years!) As a very active woman, she teaches quite a few classes each week. One day after class, she told me she lost her voice and had tried everything to get it back. Then, she remembered she had the Thieves oil. She put a drop of Thieves in her mouth, either on or under her tongue, then swallowed it. And she said, "It worked! It burned a bit going down, but it worked, and I got my voice back."

Several of the ladies in our fitness class heard her testimonial and wanted to know more about the product she used, so I asked her to host a Thieves class at her house. Six ladies showed up besides me, two were already customers, two ladies placed their first orders, one wants to place an order at our next class this week, and another lady is interested in knowing more.

She told me the next day that it helped with her throat, but I also got a text message from her about her finger! She has arthritis so bad in her pointer finger that she says she has to apply a CBD product throughout the night because the pain wakes her up. After she used said finger to apply the Thieves oil to her neck and throat, she slept through the night without pain.

24 hours after applying Thieves, she said her finger still did not hurt. Praise God! So, I gave her a 10-drop sample of Thieves on Sunday, and she is very happy! She told her husband about it too, who has a manual labor job, and he is going to try it on his hands that are often sore.

During the emotional release session, all my pain migrated to my right ear, it was burning and excruciatingly painful. She put a few oils on her hands, cupped them around my ear and began praying into my ear as if she were telling me a secret,
although she wasn't whispering. She was commanding healing, and praying for God's help.

As soon as the prayer ended, IMMEDIATELY my pain was gone. I'd never experienced anything like it before! I am extremely grateful for the people who God has placed in my life for my healing journey. I can't wait to see what he has in-store for me next ❤️

Within 5 minutes she was in NO pain and was able to move with no problems. I had never seen an oil work that quickly for any type of pain.

I now tell all people that I know have back issues to get some Valor roll-on and use it on the spine for relief. I have run out of the roll-on but have a 5 ml of the oil so I will be turning that into a roll-on.

The weird thing with a migraine is that sometimes the same thing helps and the other time might not work at all. That's why I like to have many remedies lined up. I had used essential oils externally before for the migraines - Peppermint an Lavender, but it has never done anything for me only made my nausea worse because of the strong smell.

Then I heard from a known herbalist, that 3 drops of Lavender internally can help. So during one migraine I decided to try. I applied 3 drops to my finger, and applied them under the tongue and on the gums. Then I applied inside the nose, 1 drop on each side. 5 minutes or even less later, the migraine was gone. I had to repeat once or twice that day, but then it was gone.

Next time I had a migraine, I tried it again, but this time I put it into the capsule. It didn't work at all, not even reduction. I was thinking why, and realized first time I kept it in the mouth for a while, which, I assume made it go straight up into the brain in larger amount than it does if I just swallow it.

Then I had lots of stress, and got a headache, but not a migraine. When I have a migraine, it is on one side on top of the head, and I have nausea (and vomiting, if I don't stop it), and I can't stand using a cold pack on my head.

This time it was in the back of my whole head, no nausea, and I just wanted to keep ice on my head. That gave me idea to put undiluted Peppermint to do the cooling on the head where it hurts so I don't have to hold the ice pack. I did, and the headache went away!

Next time when I was fasting, I got a similar headache, but Peppermint didn't work. I even put Peppermint inside the mouth (which was too intense, so I had to drink tea to flush it down).

Then I read on this website about the Thieves oil blend helping, so I tried. I put a few drops undiluted into my mouth, which was intense too, but I closed my mouth and let saliva dilute it. I didn't swallow saliva, just held whole thing. Headache went away in a few minutes, so I decided to swallow it.

After I did so, headache came back very soon. So I repeated it. Funny thing was that as long as I held it, headache was gone, but once I either spit out (when the phone call came) or swallowed, it would come right back. So when too much saliva would come in to hold comfortably, I would spit only some out, and continued holding. Eventually it was time to sleep, but I still had this situation.

Finally after 5th or 6th time (and 2-3 hours), headache didn't come back anymore and I could sleep.

So the point of me writting this post is to say, that the way we take essential oils is very important, especially for head related issues. When we swallow the oils, they have to go through the digestive tract and the liver, and too little will get to the head to make a difference. But holding them in the mouth will allow them to enter into the bloodstream immediately, and into the brain in large enough amounts to stop the headache.

Recently I asked him about the mole and it was TOTALLY GONE in about a month. Ccompared to mine, his was HUGE! He did faithfully apply the blend 3-4 times a day, and it fell off, layer by layer, and left no trace of it.

The blend I use for moles and skin tags is: 2 parts Oregano oil, 1 part Frankincense oil. I like to use a nail-dotter to apply. I have tried toothpicks and cotton swabs, but they just absorb too much of the oil, and wastes it. If you don't know what a nail dotter is, just google it or look on Amazon. It works great for applying oils to a specific location.

One morning he woke up in severe pain, which caused him to feel very angry. He did not feel like talking or eating. I asked him if I could pray to God for wisdom and healing. He agreed. As soon as I said, "...in Jesus' name, Amen," the thought, "Thieves Mouthwash" came to my mind. Believing that God was answering my prayer, I asked Wes to try swooshing the mouthwash in the painful area. He did. Within about 30 minutes the pain was gone, and he ate breakfast. To God be the glory!

Now Wes believes the oils really work and uses them often. He also began using the Thieves Aromabright toothpaste. He applied a drop of the Thieves oil blend directly to his gums for the next week or so, when he felt the pain coming back. He doesn't mind the hot oil, personally I would prefer diluting it with 4 drops of Young Living's V-6 Vegetable Oil.

It has been about six years since that incident, and he hasn't complained in a long time.

That day we saved $1000, plus he did not have oral surgery with its possible side effects! When people tell me Young Living's oils cost too much, I cannot agree. Praise God for creating these oils and teaching Gary Young how to produce them in such an excellent way--potent and free of harsh chemicals!

Because my father had experienced something similar, I did not feel the need to go to the hospital. But I could not stop seeing the flashing lights, which continued even when my eyes were closed.

Having read how helpful Frankincense oil can be with eye issues, I put a drop in the palms of my hands, rubbed them together and then cupped my hands over my eyes. I kept my eyes open and moved them up, down, and side to side. In less than a minute the flashing lights disappeared and my vision returned to normal.

Just had to share this and I'm so very grateful this high quality oil worked. I have a follow-up appointment with my eye doctor, and hoping for a positive outcome.

Well, she applied a few drops of Sacred Frankincense directly to her knees and elbows, and later asked me where she could get some more of it. She really likes it!

Later I helped her open up her own Young Living account so she could buy it directly at a discount instead of retail prices. She says her joints feel much better now!

Praise God for his healing oils!

Now if I do break the skin, I immediately apply a drop of the Thieves oil blend to the affected area. It has a nice numbing effect due to the included Clove oil, and seems to dramatically lesson the chance of a canker sore forming.

The few times I ran out of the Thieves toothpaste and had to use something else, I noticed the canker sores returning, so maintenance is key.

First we cleaned it well, and then added about 15 drops of Geranium oil. After each use, we add at least 3 drops per person as we get out of the spa. If we aren't using it much, we just add several drops about once every week sometimes two weeks. The water is sparkling clean water and refreshing. It has no chemical smells so we have no chemical smells when we get out.

Now we use the On-Guard blend as the primary oil instead of Geranium because we got tired of it. We add about 10 drops a week with 3 drops per person after we get out. We also use about 5 drops of Eucalyptus oil and run the pump for a few minutes before going in when we want to clear up sinuses/colds/etc. We periodically add Lemon oil to help cut any grease or body oils.

We've had the same tub since 2009. We have had to change out a motor (it has 2) and a mother board. My hubby does all of the maintenance. We winterized it 1 time a few years back, and many pipes had to be replaced (no oils). Will never do that again! LOL

Don't be afraid to try the oils that you enjoy. This is a great aromatherapy technique! Just don't put "hot" oils in immediately before going in, like Cinnamon.

By the way, we only change the water 1 to 2 times a year, if needed, mostly to scrub tub. We use small amounts of the On-Guard Cleaner mixed with water, for light cleaning.

One of my favorites is the Peace & Calming blend, which I use by applying a few drops on my chest. Lavender oil works great applied on my feet, along with the Valor blend. Once applied to my feet, I hold opposite hands to feet (meaning left hand on right foot and visa versa) for at least a minute. I've also had success using Lavender on shoulders or chest. Sometimes Palo Santo or various other oils, applied to my shoulders, chest or inner wrists. I just go with my intuition.

I've slept better than not these past two weeks. A quality of sleep I haven't had in years. I'm finally renewing my love and use of the oils, now that our cat has passed away, since she couldn't tolerate them. The quality of sleep is rejuvenating, and I'm grateful to be back in oils. So far this has been the only good thing about the loss of our cat.
