I have been using essential oils for almost three years now. I love them and am always surprised at how things change. I was under the impression (hoping) that once I found something that worked, I could stop looking!

When I started, Peace & Calming essential oil blend "calmed down crazy town" (or helped me stay calm). It also helped keep in the forefront of my mind the word "peace" and the word "calm".

However, as I worked with different people, I noticed that the citrus family (Bergamot, Lemon, Citrus Fresh, Grapefruit, Orange, and Tangerine) seemed to be the go-to oils for a lot of people. By the way, Grapefruit essential oil is also awesome for withdrawal symptoms, whether from meds or smoking, and even for when your body starts shaking when you stop the sugar.

I have a complex and my confidence is not that good, so I looked for the most reasonably priced essential oil in the citrus family. (It's Orange, and it's $10.75.) I also found Lime (at $11), and bingo, it has rocked my world.

I put Lime on my wrists, and it works better than Valor to give me strength. I smell it before family functions and am so uplifted that all the past stuff just does not stick in my mind and mess things up. Anytime that I am feeling off or down or just grumpy, I Lime it up, and things go so much better.... every time!

So if it's Orange, Lemon, or whatever -- for yourself and the sake of all around you -- find which citrus is your mood uplifter, and keep it close by.
