Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My 26-year-old husband has recently discovered an amazing protocol for when he is feeling stressed, anxious, or overloaded due to his Asperger's syndrome.

I had read a great deal about favorable results when people on the autism spectrum follow their instincts. Basically, after smelling essential oils, they choose which essential oils to put on and where. So my husband wanted Valor on his wrists and Peace & Calming behind his ears.

After that, he said that he felt like he needed something on his brainstem. I knew that Cedarwood is a good brain oil, so I held it under my husband's nose. He nodded, so I rubbed a few drops (probably too much) on his brainstem.

The difference was amazing. My husband instantly calmed down and felt at peace. We are so thankful!

Anxiety protocol recap:

1 drop of Valor on wrists
1 or 2 drops of Peace & Calming behind ears
2 drops of Cedarwood on brainstem
