In 2001 a bone spur lump started protruding from the palm side knuckle area of my left hand, pointer finger. It kept getting more and more pointy and protruding to a point where I thought that if it did not stop it would surely end up poking through my skin. It hurt to turn a doorknob or carry bags or putting any pressure on it.

I showed an MD and a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) and their conclusion was that cutting it out was really the only option. I had read that R.C. essential oil blend was good if applied topically for removing bone spurs. I tried it and noticed this thing soften and flatten, soften and flatten until it disappeared completely within six weeks. I did not apply the oil every day, and occasionally I used frankincense or Thieves blend. If I did a raindrop on someone, then those oils would be on my hands also. But mainly I purposefully rubbed the R.C. into it. When I showed the CNP that it had disappeared, she was astounded.
