Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am a 54-year-old woman, mother to 7, who began learning Tang Soo Do karate when I was 51. I take the class with all of my children, who currently range from 12 to 25. Never having been into physical activity of any kind, this was a huge stretch for me physically.

As we have progressed in the art (we are now only 13 months away from testing for our black belts), the forms and basic actions have become more complicated. I have been getting very frustrated with my inability to remember "what comes next" in any given set.

Another mom and I were discussing whether or not there might be essential oils to help, so I came home and started researching. When I found the Brain Power oil blend, I winced at the price but thought, "If this can help me make it through the black belt test next year, it will be worth it!"

Once I had the Brain Power, I applied it before class by putting a drop on my finger and rubbing it in two places on my forehead and on the back of my head over the brain stem. The first or second time I used this essential oil blend, we were doing something I have particular trouble remembering, and I was amazed that I could REMEMBER each set of moves!

I am pretty skeptical, even about essential oils (which explains why I have used them for over ten years but have not done too much about promoting them until recently). The real aha moment came when I FORGOT to put the Brain Power on before class one day. I did not realize that I had forgotten until we were in the middle of class and I was having SO much trouble calling actions to mind! Then I realized, "I forgot my Brain Power!"

This has been repeated several times now, times in which I have remembered to put Brain Power on and had great success... and times in which I have forgotten it and had trouble again.

I recommend this essential oil blend for any circumstance in which you must recall a lot of information (eg exams or tests of any kind, learning something new, etc.).
