Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I would have been seriously considering going to the doctor to ask about hormone replacement therapy. Almost four years of hot flashes and other lovely symptoms of menopause was getting to be a little too much for me.

Then a friend happened to mention that she was going through early menopause and was using a natural product to balance her hormones. Of course I was interested in hearing more! The product is called Progessence Plus Serum.

According to Young Living:

"Progessence Plus Serum is a pure, harmonizing serum that is designed specifically for women. Along with wild yam and vitamin E, Progessence Plus is formulated with Frankincense, Bergamot, and Peppermint essential oils for optimal results."

As soon as the bottle arrived, I began applying Progessence Plus twice a day on my wrists/forearms and on my throat. And guess what?! NO hot flashes! I almost could not believe that it worked so quickly, but it did! I never had another hot flash after starting using the Progessence Plus Serum.

Three weeks after starting Progessence Plus, I cut back to just once a day, at bedtime (as recommended). Other benefits I have discovered are that I fall asleep more quickly and that I get a better quality sleep as well.

I have now been using Progessence Plus for just over two months, and I have learned to regulate it according to how I am feeling. I still apply 2-4 drops to my wrists and throat every night at bedtime, but, if I am feeling a little on edge during the day, I will put an extra drop on my wrist.

Every once in a while I get that familiar feeling beginning. I know it is adrenaline, but it is like I can feel my blood pressure rising. I am sure that many of you know what I mean! That little drop on my wrist immediately heads it off.

At night I may get a little warm, but I am not waking up, throwing the covers off, and reaching for an over-the-counter med. Instead I just keep another the oil blend Stress Away beside my bed. So when I feel this coming on, I just breathe in the Stress Away, and the feeling passes.

My new name for Progessence Plus Serum is Awesome Sauce! I have never felt better!
