Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My youngest son had a sore throat so I decided I would go to a doctor to get a diagnosis to see what I was dealing with and to have proof of his condition. The doctor took a swab from his mouth and without testing the swab, diagnosed 'strep throat.' He then gave a prescription for antibiotics.

I went to my friend who is a certified nurse practitioner and she said that one must do a test before strep throat could be diagnosed. She did the test and said it was tonsillitis, not strep throat. This was confirmed when I rang the doctor back three days later and asked if the test had been sent off to a lab, showing my son did indeed have strep throat, or not. He had not sent it. The treatment that I would have given would been the same either way.

So I gave my son one Raindrop Technique treatment. I also generously applied the Thieves oil blend onto his throat area, from ear to ear. Some people may need this to be diluted with the V-6 oil blend. I also had him drink water with Lemon oil.

Within 5 days he was 100% recovered.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: antibiotic — "As proven in vitro, essential oils [Eucalyptus, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Thyme, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Clove, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Sage] represent a cheap and effective antiseptic topical treatment option even for antibiotic-resistant strains [such] as MRSA and antimycotic [antifungal]-resistant Candida species."Link
2.Associated topics: tonsillitis — "Streptococcus pyogenes [strep] plays an important role in the pathogenesis of tonsillitis.... [T]hyme, cinnamon, lemongrass, tea tree, lavender, oregano, clove, palmarosa, or cajeput [melaleuca] EOs [essential oils] are known to be active against Streptococcus pyogenes, while oregano, basil, mint [peppermint], rosemary, and lavender EOs are known to inhibit another Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus [staph].... We showed that cinnamon presented the higher activity against S. pyogenes compared to the other EOs tested.... 14 [essential oils] showed antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pyogenes.... Among them Cinnamomum verum [cinnamon bark], Cymbopogon citratus [Xiang Mao], Thymus vulgaris CT thymol [thyme], Origanum compactum [oregano], and Satureja montana [Mountain Savory] essential oils exhibited significant antibacterial activity. The in vitro results reported here suggest that, for patients suffering from bacterial throat infections, if aromatherapy is used, these essential oils, considered as potential antimicrobial agents, should be preferred."Link
