My oldest son, has 2 bottles of NingXia Red juice delivered via auto ship every month to his college dorm. He is vegetarian but doesn't like the quality of the fresh or cooked food at the college.
He finds that drinking this helps to keep him more alkaline and gives him the energy and brain power he needs even with the lack of proper nutrition from the college menu.
Also, my other son has two bottles sent to his boarding high school for the same reason. He is a drummer and he finds drinking the juice helps him play better and longer.
My third son, drinks it before his martial arts lessons and this gives him more energy for better performance.
