Over 5 years ago, I was plagued by chronic sinus infections which would last up to two weeks. The sinus infections would return a month or two later. My symptoms were sinus headaches, burning sinuses and constant drainage. I missed lots of work back then and over the course of twelve years, I received countless prescriptions of e-Mycin, Robitussin, Amoxicillin, Flonase and Suprax.

Then I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils by my sister, Ann Hovey. I started using Peppermint oil on my sinuses, temples (AVOID DIRECT EYE CONTACT) and in my drinking water. I also learned that certain foods were contributing to the condition so I reduced my intake of dairy. I haven't been on an antibiotic since 2000!

I am so grateful for these products and most importantly the education around nutrition, health and healing we have received from Gary Young!
