Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Yesterday when I woke up, I had a slight sore throat. As the day went on, my head got congested. By bedtime my sinuses were stuffed. I thought it might be a food intolerance issue, as I had been on an egg-free diet for weeks but had eaten eggs the day before. By the time I went to bed I was running a fever.

I woke up at 3 am in excruciating pain. My back teeth hurt! I couldn't breathe through my nose, which is a problem since I sleep with a CPAP machine. I immediately pulled up the Oil-Testimonials website and began to go down the list, doing everything I had the oils for.

I made a capsule of 10 drops of the Thieves oil blend and 3 drops Sacred Frankincense and took that. I dropped one drop of Palo Santo into each nostril. (I don't recommend that unless you have a high pain tolerance; my 6 would be the average person's 10, and this pain was easily an 8 for me.)

I used the Breathe Again oil blend over my sinuses followed by the Deep Relief oil blend. After about 10 minutes I applied Myrtle over my nose and across my sinuses.

I am happy to report that about 2 minutes later my sinuses released, and I used several tissues. The pain and pressure are completely gone! My ears itch, but that will be fixed with the Melrose oil blend applied topically from my ear down to the center of my throat.

Drastic measures, I know. But it worked, and I'm anticipating a great finish to my night's sleep.
