Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
My husband was at work and was strapping ladders back on the roof of his van. As he was getting down, he slipped and hit his shin on the trailer hitch. Ouch! It was a gaping wound, bleeding, throbbing, and probably needing stitches. It was about 2 inches long and about 1/4 inch wide open.
He wrapped it and continued to work (I know... I married a tough guy) but was in awful pain. I of course got right to working on it as soon as he got home. I was worried about the pain, infection, bruising, and of course how to close it up.
I primarily used Melrose oil and then alternated with Lavender as well. It closed up and never even bruised. I expected to see a horrific looking bruise, especially since he hit the shin bone. The Melrose has been soothing to the pain as well.
I LOVE my Young Living essential oils!
