I tend to toss and turn a lot throughout the night, and shortly after I was introduced to Young Living essential oils, I began doing my research and asking various people who also use Young Living oils about something for sleep. Something, anything that would help me get a honest to goodness GOOD NIGHT OF SLEEP!

I started using 6 drops of the Peace & Calming oil blend and 6 drops of the Citrus Fresh blend every night. I would mix the two and apply to the bottoms of my feet, and then I would apply 2 drops of each on my navel area and a drop of each behind each ear, on the back of my neck, and on my wrists.

I cannot begin to tell you that the way my sleep has improved has moved mountains. I actually hit REM sleep! It's been amazing, and I am SO thankful to have found this combination.
