Injured foot and ankle

My daughter smashed the inside of her foot/ankle area under a large, heavy, wooden teeter totter. She had a very large bruised area, swelling so that you could not see the ankle bone, and a fairly deep chunk of skin the size of a quarter taken out of her leg just above the ankle. I poured on Panaway and Idaho Balsam Fir several times a day. All in all about a week later her foot was pretty much back to normal. Just a small scab remained of the hole that had been there. The swelling and bruising were gone. From the first application of Panaway she did not have very much pain or trouble walking on her foot. I think it healed very quickly and nicely with the oils.
