Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I fell and broke my foot in several places. Ouch! That same evening, a friend stopped by with Young Living Peppermint oil. My foot was elevated, as I had downed pain-relieving drugs and was waiting for the next business day to see a doctor. My friend instructed me to rub Peppermint essential oil into my swollen foot to help increase circulation and avoid bruising.

I rubbed the oil profusely onto my ever-growing foot! Eventually I used the entire bottle over the next few days. When I finally saw a specialist, she marveled that my foot had NO bruising at all!

My breaks were serious and in two parts of my foot. I experienced intensive surgery, metal plates, and eventually a second surgery. During the entire process I used oils in various forms because I was convinced of their effectiveness after seeing what the Peppermint had done.

I'm now an Executive in Young Living and continue to tell others about what Young Living essential oils have done for me!

Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
2.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Results of bone density, bone mineral content, bone tensile strength and histological analysis also showed similar trend of results, which supported initial observations of this study.
