Last Saturday I fell and sprained my wrist. It was very hard to sleep, as the pain was so bad; and I didn't want to go to the doctor. It was late when we got home, so the next day I started by placing ice on it for 20 minutes at a time and applied Lemongrass and Deep Relief Roll-On. I did this every hour.

By Monday I was able to move my fingers. Tuesday morning I lifted weights! I also added some Frankincense and Lavender and at times used PanAway. In less than a week, I removed the ace bandage and feel like my wrist is 99.9% better.
