Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

We have a humidifier on our furnace, and we always run a diffuser every night while we sleep. Most of the time this keeps my nose "happy." Sometimes, though, for whatever reason my nose will get very dry and sore on the inside.

What has solved this for me is to put a little Rose Ointment on the tip of a cotton swab, drop one drop of RC onto the Rose Ointment, and then swab each nostril. I quickly swipe each side and then go back (with the swab) and really swab it all around the inside of each nostril.

I do this just before bed because the moistness in the nose makes it feel like it wants to drip. Once in a while I need to repeat this procedure for 2 to 3 nights, but most of the time the very next morning my nose is fine!
