Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been using Young Living oils since the older of my two boys was a baby. I started diffusing Lavender and felt that it really supported our health. The boys have always been so healthy, hardly a sniffle, and I don't recall either one having a bad cough. Each of them has had one ear infection, and it seemed to follow a time when I grew complacent and had backed off the oils for a while. Tried antibiotics with the first one, but he didn't want it and wouldn't cooperate. Gave that up and used a drop of Lavender on a cotton ball which I'd tuck in the ear at naptime and again at bedtime (while asleep--two year olds don't like cotton stuffed in their ears :) I did this for two-three days. When my younger son came down with an ear infection, I went straight to the Lavender. Both times, I took them back to the Pediatrician a week later and all was well. What a super alternative to having them choke down antibiotics.
