I got this testimonial from a friend and want to share, as it really works during pregnancy!
Restless legs are caused by the body dumping acid into the system at night.
In the evening before bed, take 1 tablespoon of JuvaPower in some almond, rice, or soy milk (or just water).
Follow this by 1/2 teaspoon of AlkaLime in water.
Then apply 2 to 3 drops of each of the following oils:
This is rubbed into the brain stem area at the back of your neck and on to the shoulders. Rub in circular motions up the neck to the base of the skull and down onto the shoulders.
On really bad nights I also rolled some Deep Relief on my legs and feet.
Combined treatments above ensured I had well needed sleep throughout my pregnancy!
