Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am a big-time sufferer of allergies. My upline, Julie B., introduced me to an allergy spray that works wonders. I tweaked the recipe a little, and here it is:

* 7 drops Lemon
* 7 drops Lavender
* 7 drops Peppermint
* 1 drop Purification

Put in a 4-ounce spray bottle and use two squirts orally twice a day. This has eliminated all need for allergy meds in my house.

Before trying this recipe, I was not only on an oral allergy prescription medicine but also a spray up my nose twice a day.

I am very thankful for finding this combination of oils. But be forewarned. It does not taste good and is very strong. But it's over quickly and is well worth it!
