How I relieved my anaphylactic shock when I accidentally ate a peanut four years ago was with Young Living essential oils. Thank goodness for my roommate at the time being an oil distributor, and she had the whole collection.
Instead of choosing to go to the hospital or use my EpiPen, I chose to turn to her and the power of the oils. I feel the oils saved me in a way. Why? Because I felt safe. This instantly kept me in a calm and positive state. It allowed my heartrate to stay at ease.
The oils I used:
Trauma Life/Lavender was for the shock and my nervous system.
Valor was to get me grounded.
Purification helped to clear my system and stop the itching.
R.C. was for when I got congested.
Frankincense... because it's frankincense.
Di-Gize was applied on my stomach for nausea.
I must also note that I had another roommate who was an acupuncturist monitoring my pulse with a phone nearby to call for help if needed.
