Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My 6 year old son woke up with poison ivy on both of the tops of his feet one morning. I was half sleeping and had to get him out the door to the bus quickly so I grabbed my Lavender and went back to his room to put it on his feet. I put a generous dose on and sat there and waited for the "miracle" to happen. It didn't... Instead I got, Mom Mom it still itches it still itches!!! Ok okay..

So I went back for my Thieves oil blend. I applied a generous dose on again and waited. Almost instantly he told me it stopped itching. So, I put his socks on and sent him out the door to school.

Then I got out my essential oils reference book and looked it up. Of course Rose oil is the first one they list and we do not have that but Rose Ointment was also listed. I happened to have a small amount that a friend had given me for a rash on my 1 year old.

So up to the school I went and put it on him. I alternated the Rose Ointment and the Thieves oil about every 3 hours during the day and within 2 days it was totally gone!! I love my essential oils!
