I like to take a big glass of pure water each night and spice it up for health and emotional reasons. I take a 32 oz. glass, fill it with pure water. Then I take about 1 tbs. of blue agave and add oils! My favorite is 1 drop peppermint, 3 drops lemon, 1-2 drops spikenard, 1-2 drops purification, 1-2 drops of citrus fresh, 1 drop coriander, 1 drop clary sage, 1-2 drops of wintergreen, and 1 drop of Idaho balsam fir.

This spice water is VERY refreshing, and very healthful as well! I suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholestrol, depression, insomnia, and severe nausia and heartburn. Not any more! So try what you have in your medicine cabinet that you use everyday in your water at night and see the difference it makes in your life! Just be sure to read the reference manual to make sure the oils you put in your water are meant to be taken internally!
