My workplace is undergoing major redecorating: new paint, carpet and wallpaper. One day at work I began getting a headache but it was not my normal sinus or stress headache. I used Stress Away, Deep Relief and Copaiba and got a little relief but kept feeling bad.
At lunch I decided to get a soft drink in case it was withdrawal (I had been 3 days without a soft drink) even though I only drink 1/day and not everyday. I sat outside and drank my soft drink during my lunch hour and felt much better.
Within 15 minutes of going back to work, I began feeling bad again. A co-worker happened to make a comment oh the strong paint smell that afternoon. My office had just been redone the week before and now the hallway just outside my office and the lobby right next door was being painted, etc. I was being overwhelmed by chemical exposure.
I began diffusing Purification for the remainder of the afternoon with much relief.
