My husband and I have been using essential oils for about 4 years. We have a nice variety to choose from. My husband has diabetes and because of it suffers pain in his feet and sometimes up his legs.
He uses a drop or two of lemongrass every day, morning and night, to help relieve the constant pain. He rubs the oil into the parts of his feet that hurt. Mostly the toes and ball.
He will at times experience sharp, shooting pain in his feet or legs. He immediately rubs lemongrass on the pain and within seconds that pain is relieved. He also uses Deep Relief and PanAway every night before bed. He starts by rubbing the deep relief roll-on over his toe pads and ball. Next comes the lemongrass and lhen the PanAway.
He finishes by using a locally made lotion containing several essential oils and that lotion has kept his feet from cracking and peeling. They are very nice and soft.
