Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I never thought I had an issue with seasonal allergies, sinus infections and sinus pressure. This last year has been different. I don't know if it is connected to being exposed to more air conditioning and/or my body has changed, but I have been dealing with sinus pressure and nasal constriction. What has saved me time and time again has been Lavender and Peppermint essential oil from Young Living! I greatly appreciate them.

I recently dealt with a mild sinus infection accompanied by a good amount of sinus pressure, nasal constriction, and drainage into the back of my throat. Again it was Lavender and Peppermint that came through for me. I would swab Lavender inside each nostril and on the inside of each cheek. Taking Peppermint, I rubbed it on the bony structure around my eye AND swabbed the inside of each cheek (this made such a difference as the sinuses were draining and causing pain in my throat and for pressure).

Before applying an essential oil I try to remember to place the oil in my non-dominant hand and use my dominant hand to move the oil in 3 clockwise circles - activate/increase the energy of the essential oil. I did this when I awoke and before I laid down for the night, and as needed throughout the day.

Also, throughout the summer whenever I dealt with nasal constriction, I placed 1 drop Lavender in my non-dominant hand. Using my dominant hand 5th finger, 3 clockwise circles and nasal swab until essential oil is gone. Before I am done, I CAN BREATH! For added relief I would rub excess Lavender oil above my upper lip and on the bony structure around my eyes.

I hope this is helpful to someone!
