Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

In December I went to the Turks & Caicos Islands to attend my best friend's wedding. I had to take two flights to get there and two flights to return. It was a very stressful time for me so I brought all my oils with me and used them on the airplane flights.

I felt that my lungs were weak and the stress and anxiety of flying were causing my immune system to become weaker. I used the Purification, RC, and Melrose blends along with Lavender oil all during my stay in the Islands.

The first day we arrived I broke my great toe on coral. I immediately put ice packs and applied Lavender on it. I put Arnica and Lavender oils on the toe for two applications each day for two days. On the first day the island nurse told me I would not be able to walk or wear a shoe for a week or more.

On the third day I had no discoloring of the skin on my broken toe, no swelling and I was wearing shoes and walking normally. I did not have to take any pain medication of any kind and walked, swam and enjoyed the island and wedding fully.

The oils helped me on the flights and also when I came home, as the temperature was 5 below zero. When we left the island it was 90 degrees. I am prone to pneumonia so I continued to use the RC, Melrose, Thieves and Purification blends after arriving home and did not get ill.

I love my essential oils and use them everyday. They helped my immune system stay strong.
