I have been using Young Living Essential Oils for about two years now. I am so blessed to have found them! I love how a condition can be helped with one of a variety of oils. I saw that the Peace & Calming oil blend, applied topically on the legs and feet before bedtime, helps relieve Restless Leg Syndrome.

Last night, I was lying on the sofa and my legs got that jerky uncomfortable feeling in them. I get over-tired, and then it seems that when I'm finally ready to fall asleep, RLS kicks in.

So I put a few drops of Peace & Calming in my hand and quickly rubbed it on my legs from the knees down. This was such a relief! I hadn't slept well in weeks, but last night, I slept very soundly. No more pain either!

Gotta love these oils!
