Here is the inflammation oil blend that has worked very well for me:

30 drops PanAway
10 drops copaiba
10 drops myrrh
5 drops helichrysum
5 drops vetiver
Mix the above in an empty 5-ml essential oil bottle. I used the PanAway bottle from my first Everyday Oil Kit order. Massage 3-4 drops of the blend into inflamed, stiff joints and muscles. Repeat as often as necessary.
Now for the story behind this blend: My college daughter and I were headed to the U of Arkansas this past week for orientation and I had done something to my knee, whether during gardening or working out previously, and didn't realize how hard it was to walk comfortably or bend the joint until we were loading the car. I knew I would be in no shape for all the walking on campus for the subsequent two days, especially since the U of A in Fayetteville is NOT flat terrain.

I carry a bag of oils wherever I go and I got out the ones I mentioned above and applied only a drop or two of each on and around my knee, rubbing gently. The tight, inflamed feeling was immediately relieved as I could bend my knee remarkably well. I reapplied these same oils 15 minutes before our arrival on campus. I was able to walk without any of the discomfort I had experienced earlier in the day.

I again used the oils before bed that night and have continued to do so each day until my knee is back to normal. It is so much better than it was 4 days ago and I want to be sure to experience complete healing with these "wonder medicines."
Upon returning home, I decided to consolidate these oils into one bottle for ease of application and to eliminate opening 5 bottles each time I wanted to apply them.
