Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Today is day two of using Fennel to help increase my milk supply. Day one I applied the oil directly to each breast and lymph node area between breast and under arm. I used 2-4 drops total for both breasts combined avoiding the nipple. I applied one drop on the center of my spine directly in alignment with my breasts.

On day one I tried 2 drops on a spoon full of local honey but did not care for the liquorice taste. I applied twice each day and today I can tell a big difference. Typically I never feel "full" unless it's been 4 or more hours in between feedings.

My 3 month old son nurses every 2-3 hours during the day and varies from every 2-6 hours at night. Today, I've felt a fullness, not engorged, but full between feedings and not nearly as empty after each feeding. He even has milk leaking out of the sides of his mouth and that hasn't happened since right after my milk came in after delivery.

With my first two children my milk supply began to diminish around 3-4 months. Hopefully with the help of the Fennel I won't encounter the same problem.

Thank you to those who produce these oils!
