I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. I was told I would probably be on medication for life. I decided that was not an option for me.

I started using Lavender and Joy on the bottom of my feet everyday. I couldn't stand the smell of either of these oils at first. After about a month and a half I tried to sleep at night without my medication and it was a success. I continued doing this on and off skipping my meds for a night or two at a time.

Then after 3 months I was finally medication free! The oils truly helped. Now as long as I continue to use them oils every night, specially the Lavender, I no longer have problems sleeping and my anxiety has improved immensely.
