My two year old daughter was going through a phase where she wasn’t sleeping good at night. She was real restless while sleeping and also having a lot of bad dreams. She tossed and turned all night long and just wasn’t getting the rest that she needed.
I started putting a drop of the Joy oil blend on the back of her little neck before bedtime and it worked! She finally started sleeping soundly through the night again! The bad dreams have gone away also.
The funny thing is that now she is giggling in her sleep! My baby went from bad dreams to sweet dreams with Joy!
