Have you ever experienced sore muscles the day after an invigorating workout? Or been subject to the occasional twisted ankle, jacked knee, or pulled shoulder? I know the pain firsthand. For years I lived with chronic lower back and knee pain. Not only had it started to negatively impact my workouts, but my daily life was becoming more difficult.
