My dog chewed up an ink pen on our very light colored carpet which is only six months old. I was very distraught on what to do. I tried several store bought cleaners but they did not do much.

Then I thought maybe I would try a little Lemon oil, with a bit of warm water, a scrub brush, and scrubbed the ink right out. I had already made a habit out of adding Lemon oil to my cleaning solution when I clean my carpets. But I never dreamed it could get an ink stain out! These oils are amazing!!
