Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
Several months ago my husband was pruning a tree and fell about 14 feet landing on his left side on top of the ladder dislocating his shoulder in the process. He has continued to have pain and lack of mobility in that shoulder and cannot sleep on his left side without pain.
To help alleviate the pain I mixed up a massage oil which I apply morning and night and massage his shoulder and upper arm and back. The mixture is 1 ounce of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 ounce of sweet almond oil and 1/2 ounce of sunflower oil. To this I added 40 drops of Wintergreen, 40 drops of Lemongrass, 40 drops of Peppermint and 20 drops of Copaiba.
This massage oil has really helped relieve the pain and stiffness. I have also used this massage oil on my knee to relieve the pain and swelling of a torn meniscus.
