For years I have suffered from hay fever and went through the whole process of having allergy testing done, then when triggers were identified with a course of injections over 3 years.
This worked for a few years but eventually my eyes began to swell and itch again when spring came around.
I am allergic to rye grass and cypress pollen and because I am surrounded by cypress trees (none on my property) and love being outside, the pollen becomes my worst nightmare.
I now work away from home, but came back for my week off only to be greeted by trees loaded with pollen. I reached for my essential oils reference book and found that the Harmony oil blend was good for hay fever. As I had only just purchased this oil blend I decided to give it a try by inhaling the oil.
The itching subsided straight away. I have never had an oil work so fast for me. I have had some success with other oils for different issues but this was magical. My hay fever is under control for now, however it may be something that I have to work on at another level.
Harmony is with me now all the time as it is a wonderful oil. Thank you Young Living!
