I found out that my mom has a condition called Haglund's Deformity. This condition is characterized by a bony protrusion or bump on the back of the heel that hurts and is especially painful when wearing shoes. It's similar to a bone spur.

Mom applied a few drops the RC oil blend once a day on the back of her heel to help reduce the size of the bony protrusion. She also used the Valor oil blend once a day on the achilles tendon to help loosen it.

She was not very consistent with this regimen. She would use the oils for a while, then stop for a while. However after several months her heel had gradually shrunk considerably and looked almost normal.

Mom is planning to continue using these quality essential oils until her heel is completely back to normal.
