Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I was awakened one night with my foot starting to cramp up. This does not occur very often, but I have figured out that, if that happens, it is because I haven't been drinking enough water. A few swigs of water and back to sleep I usually go.

But not this time. I drank a good bit of water... but to no avail. Stretching didn't help either. The cramping continued and the discomfort was getting worse by the second.

I hobbled downstairs to prepare to do what I had done when my brother-in-law had leg cramps just a couple of weeks earlier: Mineral Essence, NingXia Red juice, True Source, and Super B. I mixed 4-5 droppers of Mineral Essence in about 4 oz of water and took a big sip.

Before I could get the glass to my lips for the second sip, the cramping and discomfort were already gone!

I have never had anything work so fast! To be sure, Mineral Essence will always be in my fridge. Thank you, Young Living!
