I consider myself an atheletic individual and I go to the gym at least three times per week, take long walks, and play tennis when I have the time. However, about a couple years ago, I began to suffer from knee pain. In fact there were times when the knee pain was so painful, that I could not walk.
At this point, I decided I needed to go to the doctor to have them determie what was causing the knee pain. So, they performed an MRI, scan and x-ray and found that I had a torn meniscus and some arthritis.
After that discovery, they referred me to a physical therapist for physical therapy twice to three times a week, and gave me pain medication, like Vicodin, and some other medication to help with the pain. Because I do not like the side-effects associated with all medications, I started to look for alternatives.
I have a friend that I told about essential oils and she suggested that I use the PanAway by rubbing it on the area of pain twice a day, and taking two packets of NingXia Red daily. After I began following this regimen, the pain in my knee began to disappear, and now it is totally gone.
Although I do not have the pain any more, I still use PanAway and the NingaXia Red juice anyway because of the other health benefits.
