I snore, yes I admit it, I snore! The joke in my family is that I snore so badly that I can peel the paint off of the window sills. I also was waking up at least four times a night and have done so for years.

Well, I started using a few drops of Lavender and Peppermint on my feet each night and started sleeping through the night on most nights, which helped with my energy levels during the day.

I was finally tested and diagnosed with sleep apnea and after spending hundreds of dollars on the testing and the CPAP machine discovered something I find amazing. The day the CPAP machine was delivered, my husband asked if I really needed the machine.

I explained that it would help my sleep apnea, although I was now sleeping through the night, and if nothing else it would help with my snoring. Well, to my surprise my husband said, "Since you have been using the oils, you do not snore anymore!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I do still have my CPAP machine on my bedside table but have not used it since I realized I could take care of the problem with oils. It is a shame I did not discover this before I spent hundreds of dollars on the tests and machine.
