My experience with asthma

I began suffering with Allergies and Sinus in my early twenties and eventually developed Asthma. During an approximate 30 year time period, these health problems got increasingly worse. I took allergy shots which didn't help. Cortisone injections that left me with a small bump on my neck and many excess pounds.

By the time I got introduced to Young Living, I was taking twice a day Asthma medication, injections every couple of months when it would get really bad and oral sprays for emergencies when I couldn't get to a doctor fast enough. Doctors told me that I would have to be on Asthma medication for the rest of my life!

Well, I am so happy to say that now at 54 years of age, I am on no medication whatsoever! What helped me was doing three sets of cleansing with Cleansing Trio, experimenting with many different oils and found most helpful were Frankinscense, RC, and Raven. Diffusing my bedroom every day for a couple of months.

Also really watching my diet as I was going through this period. I would like to say here, that I did get worse before I got better. I almost gave up on the oils and supplements but my upline encouraged me to stay with it and thank God I did. It is very freeing and emotionally uplifting to be off all medications. I hope this is of help to someone suffering with these health problems.
