As a tennis coach and generally active person, I am always looking for ways to help my body recover after a workout or a long day running around on the tennis court.

Essential oils play a large and important part in my recovery. I rub the following oils on my feet, legs, hips and gluteus muscles, together with a massage bar from Lush cosmetics.

6 drops of Valor (in order to balance the body)
8 drops of Lemongrass (to promote circulation and get rid of lactic acid in the muscles)
6 drops of M-Grain (which helps to relax, heal and oxygenate the muscles)
4 drops of Peppermint (to relieve pain and oxygenate the muscles).
