As a tennis coach and generally active person, I am always looking for ways to help my body recover after a workout or a long day running around on the tennis court.

Essential oils play a large and important part in my recovery. I rub the following oils on my feet, legs, hips and gluteus muscles, together with a massage bar from Lush cosmetics.

* 6 drops of the Valor oil blend (in order to balance the body)
* 8 drops Lemongrass (to promote circulation and get rid of lactic acid in the muscles)
* 6 drops of the M-Grain oil blend (which helps to relax, and oxygenate the muscles)
* 4 drops Peppermint (to relieve pain and oxygenate the muscles).

There are a number of other things I do to help my body recover, including regular yoga/stretching, and eating the right foods and nutritional products.
