My mother-in-law mentioned she hadn't been sleeping well lately, waking up in the night, having a hard time going back to sleep, etc. We figured it may have a lot to do with menopause, but I didn't have any Progessence Plus on me, so I told her try rubbing 3 drops of Cedarwood on each of her feet before bed.

A few days later she called to report she's been sleeping BEAUTIFULLY since using the oil before bed. She loves it! YAY!

Cedarwood is a rather inexpensive oil, and it is very calming and soothing. Many times I have used it in place of Lavender.
