Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

A friend said to me during my pregnancy that I would have to teach my baby the difference between night and day - to sleep more during the night and less during the day.

I had a enjoyable problem-free pregnancy and I didn't want my sleep to be affected as my pregnancy progressed so I applied Valor to the "spine" of my feet every night when I got into bed.

I had heard several women say that their baby (in utero) was most active when they would lie down to sleep but I never found that. I slept soundly throughout my pregnancy, even at my heaviest, and when our daughter was born she was an incredible sleeper. We felt like we'd hit the jackpot after hearing stories from friends who had to get up many times a night to tend their baby.

I never had to "teach" our daughter the difference between night and day, it was like she just knew. Whether this was the affect of me applying Valor every night or we are just really lucky I will never know. What I do know is that I will be sticking with this Valor routine throughout my next pregnancy with the intention of having another great sleeper!
