I had a wonderful drug free labor with the birth of our first child. I was diligent with preparations for the birth hoping this would be the case.

One of the things I did in the hope of preventing tearing or the need for an episiotomy was to use Young Living ClaraDerm Spray.

I sprayed the area twice, massaged in after a shower and did this every day for the 5 weeks leading up to the birth.

This routine certainly paid off.

My midwife was amazed that I didn't tear since my daughter came out with her arm bent next to her head!
