Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had an amazing experience today! We had some friends of my daughter's stay overnight and their father mentioned that his child got migraines daily, but forgot to pack her prescribed medication.

My daughter told me that her friend was on the verge of a migraine and asked if Peppermint would help her friend because she remembered Peppermint always helps her when she has a bad headache.

I looked up children's migraines in the essential oils reference book and I mixed up a batch of:

* 5 drops Roman Chamomile
* 10 drops Grapefruit
* 5 drops Peppermint
* 3 drops Rosemary
* Mix in 2 oz V-6 oil

I shook it up in a 4 oz glass bottle and applied 3-5 drops topically to back of her head, bottom of her feet and on the location of the area of pain. Within 5 minutes the pain was gone! YAY!!

I was amazed at how fast the oils worked for her, but it really doesn't surprise me.

I am always inspired by the oils!
